Health Insurance Benefits
Affordable health care choices including a PPO or a high-deductible plan with HSA option. Employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.
Life Insurance
Employees are provided with basic Group Term Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Long-term Disability Insurance at no cost. Employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.
401(k) Information
Employees can save for retirement by saving $16,500 a year in pre-tax earnings. Employees are eligible to participate after one year of service. Open enrollment is in January or July of the following year.
Profit Sharing Plan
Employees participate in a Profit Sharing Plan funded by the company. The shared amount equals 5% of employee’s yearly salary.
Paid Time Off
The company pays for time away from scheduled work-time (e.g., vacations, illness, family illness, etc). Employees are eligible to use their personal time upon completion of their 90-day probationary period. Employees are eligible to use their vacation time upon completion of one year of service.
For new employees, 36 hours of personal time and 80 hours of vacation are accrued in one year.
Corporate Holidays
The company pays for 7 corporate holidays and employees are immediately eligible. Holidays include:

- Mardi Gras Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Birthday Holiday
Employees completing their 90-day probationary period receive their birthday off as a paid holiday.
Leaves of Absence
MGA supports approved leaves of absence, including jury duty, military leave, and Family and Medical Leave (FMLA).
