Affordable health care choices including a PPO or a high-deductible plan with HSA option. Employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.

Life Insurance

Employees are provided with basic Group Term Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Long-term Disability Insurance at no cost. Employees are eligible after 90 days of employment.

401(k) Information

Employees can save for retirement by saving $15,500 a year in pre-tax earnings. Employees are eligible to participate after one year of service. Open enrollment is in January or July of the following year.

Profit Sharing Plan

Employees participate in a Profit Sharing Plan funded by the company.

Paid Time Off

The company pays for time away from scheduled work-time (e.g., vacations, illness, family illness, etc.).

Corporate Holidays

The company pays for 7 corporate holidays and employees are immediately eligible.

Birthday Holiday

Employees completing their 90-day probationary period receive their birthday off as a paid holiday.

Leaves of Absence

MGA supports approved leaves of absence, including jury duty, military leave, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA).
